RTWDANCE is a registered 501 (c) 3 nonprofit contemporary dance organization committed to eradicating American societal dualism—“us vs. them”—through original dance productions and free community-centered movement programs.
Our Story
2025 was a real pivotal turning point for RTWDANCE founder & Artistic Director Randolph Ward — not just professionally, but personally. After almost a decade of finding the inner strength to trust his own voice and gaining clarity about why he does what he does. Mr. Ward finally took the bold leap and officially registered RTWDANCE as a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization.
This moment is about responding to a — socio-political climate that does not respect creative autonomy. RTWDANCE is his personal declaration to the world that he is committed to creating and then presenting original dance productions that dismantle American societal dualism in our language that continue to divide us.
